Rule #2: Make Friends

Joining a gym can be a little nerve-wracking for multiple reasons, but joining and not knowing anyone else there can be a huge deterrent for some. So let loose a little and start making some connections! We all have started in your shoes.

Community is important to us and making friends not only can make the experience more enjoyable, but establishing friendships in the gym can lead way into more personal fitness success. Those friends are going to push you and hold you accountable; what more could you want from a gym community that is constantly trying to help you improve?
