Commitment
My journey with Friction CrossFit began a little over a year ago, when I saw an ad online for #2 New You Challenge.
It was like a magnet pulling me in!
I had talked about working out over and over again but never committed to anything. Enough talking…….I was ready.
Only 6 Weeks
I set up an appointment with Jeff , and after hearing more about New You Challenge, I signed up.
I didn’t realize at that time just how much of a blessing this experience was going to be for me!
I thought:
I can do six weeks! Then…. I got hooked!
Second Chance at Life
I shared about my health history and expressed how much I wanted to gain strength and to protect my second chance at Life.
I am the recipient of a Kidney/Pancreas transplant and I want to live a full and healthy Life.
With this gift it is up to me to honor that gift .
The Unexpected
Friction CrossFit has changed me in ways that I didn’t even see coming.
It’s hard for me to express how much I appreciate all of the good that has come from joining this box.
I am able to perform WOD’s that I never thought would be possible. And, whatever is too difficult, there is a scale to move towards that goal.
Special shout out to Bobby and Mike for their help. PT is another great option . There are many options for anyone who wants to be healthier.
With Jeff’s leadership, the amazing staff of coaches, and the sincere friendship that happens at Friction CrossFit, I am beyond grateful to be a part of this box!
I am stronger now, both physically and mentally. I wish that you could see the difference in me , from when I was waiting for that transplant, until now. You would be surprised!
Friction CrossFit is part of my future plan for continued strength and better health. I will see you at the box!!
