I’m new to this type of exercise program. What should I expect?

Our Level UP program is a 4-session introductory class designed to make sure you can execute movements soundly and efficiently. You’ll learn the basic movements and as you demonstrate proficiency, we’ll add on appropriate intensity and complexity.

Foundations is a one-on-one course with one of our knowledgeable trainers.

Is it dangerous?

In short, yes, any exercise program can be dangerous if done incorrectly. But not in the ways you might believe. With improper coaching, unkept equipment and a misguided attitude, any program can be dangerous – but so can riding your bike or driving your car. The experienced and proven coaches you’ll find at Grand Rapids Boot Camp will ensure that you’re training in the safest most effective and efficient way possible.

What’s a WOD?

A WOD is the workout of the day. We program a different WOD everyday.

What is your drop-in policy?

We love having visiting athletes come to our facility! Just let us know you’re dropping by and one of our fantastic coaches will be happy to show you around!
